MASERU – As the world of sports continues to evolve and become more competitive, the need for qualified coaches becomes increasingly crucial.

30 coaches took an advance on their coaching careers through the Confederation of African Football (CAF) C License coaching course at the Bambatha Ts’ita Sports Arena.

It is a two weeks’ coach and participants who gain the credentials must practice for at least two years before going for CAF B.

The CAF C License coaching course is an internationally recognized program that equips participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to take their coaching to the next level. And for the 30 participants (26 men and 4 women) who recently completed this course, the benefits are boundless.

The CAF C License coaching course is designed to enhance the technical and tactical understanding of coaches. This includes developing a deeper understanding of coaching methodologies, game principles, and strategies. By mastering these areas, coaches are better equipped to create effective training sessions and game plans suited for victory.

As the Technical Director, Lehlohonolo Thotanyane understands the importance of continuous learning and growth for coaches. He emphasizes that the CAF C course is an excellent opportunity for coaches to acquire new knowledge and develop their skills, ultimately benefitting both them and the sport as a whole.
