Palesa Pheko started a business as a sweet snack bar selling ice cream and muffins in 2019; in 2022 through her experiences from Mosh School of Bakery and Catering, she turned her small business into bakery that sells baked goods, desert and designed cakes. Her business named Pexy Licious bakery is located at Masowe 2 in Maseru.
The exceptional part of her business is that she bakes steamed loaf and bread rolls for people who work at the textile factories and live at faraway places. She makes herbal and sweets muffins and scones; herbal one for the people with health issues while the sweeter one can be eaten by everyone.
