PikApp Company is a mobile- web based transportation service platform which mediates transactions between customers and service providers in a convenient manner. The business premises are located at Kingsway Mall, 2nd floor unit 16 Maseru. The app was invented by Mr Pule Molise the M100, 000.00 BEDCO winner.
Their business model; service providers will pay a fee based on the number of trips they facilitated through the assistance of the PikApp. He also indicated that they work very closely with delivery companies within the Maseru district. In additionally, he mentioned that once the PikApp is fully operational one will be able to find it through the likes of Google play store, and be able to download and install on their android devices.
The company aims to further deepen their crawls in the transportation services beyond borders, while at it creating job opportunities for Basotho. The company has eight employees so far. This platform is going to makes life much easier for Basotho because of its convenience and accessibility.
The PikApp is not yet operational, but be on the look-out on PikApp.co.ls on the official date of the launch of the app.“ Our mission statement is to keep value creation in motion”, he said.
Mr Molise indicated that, with his M100 000.00 cash prize from BEDCO he was able to pay his rental, obtain unlimited WIFI, renew company’s trading papers, and settle his electricity bill and launch a website.
