The learnership programme offers a unique opportunity to work with an e-waste company in Gauteng, where you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from industry professionals. This programme aims to develop your technical and soft skills, preparing you for a successful career in e-waste management.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To be considered for this learnership programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
    • Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
    • Education: Minimum of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy and Science.
    • Must be from a disadvantaged background (focus will be on Quintile 1-3 schools)
    • Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership or educational programme.
    • Citizenship: South African citizen with a valid ID. Residency: Reside in Gauteng Province (proof of residence required).
    • Skills: Basic computer literacy and good communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Attributes: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team environment.
