REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ)

SUPPLY, DELIVER AND ASSEMBLE OFFICE FURNITURE

MOFDPPMU/GC7/PROC/FURN/2024-2025

The The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (Project Management Unit) has received funding from the Global Fund to support interventions in the fight against HIV and AIDS and Tuberculosis and Covid 19. Part of the proceeds will be used to procure office furniture for Project Management Unit staff members.

  1. You are now invited to submit your most favourable quotation for “procurement of office furniture”. The item descriptions, detailed descriptions, quantities and lot numbers are shown in the table 1 below: also Please provide pictures on your quotation.

Bidders are at liberty to bid for one lot/any combination of lots/all lots. However, each bidder shall submit only one Quotation for one lot/any combination of lots/all lots.

 

  1. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid and relevant Trader’s License/Business Identity Card.
  • Valid and relevant Tax Clearance Certificates.
  • VAT Registration Certificate where applicable.

Interested bidders may obtain a complete set of Request for Quotation in English from the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning Project Management Unit (MOFDPPMU) website: https://www.mofpmu.org.ls/tenders/.

 

  1. REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATIONS: for further clarification regarding this procurement, please send such requests in writing to: hlabin@mofpmu.org.ls.
  2. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS: The sealed envelopes containing quotations clearly labelled “procurement of clinical equipment” MUST be deposited in the quotation box situated at the reception area at the address below on or before 21st February 2025 at 12:00hrs (local time).

Any offer received late (after 12:00hrs on the before 21st February 2025) shall not be considered.

 It is entirely the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their quotation is submitted to the correct address indicated in clause 4 above.
