IGGLE Consulting is excited to host 10 innovative small to medium size enterprises in technology service solutions, service industry or leather manufacturing under the auspices of the Competitiveness and Financial Inclusion (CAFI) project funded by the World Bank, through the Lesotho Entrepreneurship Hub and Seed Financing Facility.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATIONS
* Enterprise with a minimum of one year in operation (as an informal or formal enterprise).
* The owner must be working full-time in the enterprise.
INCUBATION SUPPORT OFFERING
* Business development and growth:
You will get access to coaches, mentors, business development support services to offer tailored business support to your enterprise to enhance its growth and sustainability.
* Mentoring support:
You will get guidance and support in your entrepreneurial journey to help you navigate challenges and seize business opportunities including markets.
* Networking:
We shall facilitate access to networking opportunities with local and international entrepreneurs and investors.

CAFI LRG LESOTHO ENTREPRENEURSHIP HUB
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE LRG BUSINESS INCUBATION PROGRAMME UNDER THE
CAFI PROJECT LRG Consulting and Training provides incubation and MSME support services intended to assist
MOTOR MECHANIC start-ups and MSMEs in capacity building from business ideation, set-up and acceleration. We aim to achieve sustainability of the incubatees through business coaching, mentorship, access to markets, fund sourcing and business networking.
The call is made to all Lesotho based MOTOR MECHANIC startups and MSMEs which intend to compete for one of the ten (10) open spaces for a 6 months CAFI business incubation project.
The following details should be included in the application to be submitted by interested motor mechanics:
- The location of your motor mechanic business.
- A brief description of the organisation.
- The business concept (market gaps are to be filled).
- Organisational structure (human capital to drive implementation).
- Six months revenue projections.
- Number of women and youth in the business.
- Must demonstrate innovation and have potential for upscaling.
- Details of the previous incubation support received if any.
The applications will pass through the following selection criteria:
- Company management profile.
- The mission of the business including gaps/needs to be addressed.
- Description of business concept and strategy for 12 months.
- Description of target markets and reasons.
- Risk management strategy (identification of risks and their mitigation).
- Business model.
- Must indicate if the business is registered or not and if registered registration documents should be submitted.
- Must demonstrate innovation and have potential for upscaling.
- Must showcase measurable impact, including job creation potential.
- Must indicate if the business is renting or operating from its own premises.
- Must show existing waste management or disposal protocols. Application Process:

Prime Cubate, a dynamic enterprise support organization in partnership with the Lesotho
Entrepreneurship Hub and Seed Financing Facility under the Competitiveness and Financial
Inclusion (CAFI) program is seeking to offer business incubation services to 10 high-growth,
high-impact and scalable enterprises addressing developmental challenges in Lesotho. Our
vision is to create a vibrant ecosystem of entrepreneurs in Lesotho, empowering them to
establish sustainable businesses that make significant contributions to the economy.
Eligibility Criteria:
While open for every enterprise, preference is for women and youth led enterprises to apply
Must have existed for at least 1 year as an informal or a formal enterprise.
Owner must be working on the enterprise full time.
Must be addressing a developmental challenge through the use of technology, science and/or innovation i.e. fin-tech, agri-tech, med-tech, ed-tech, use of technology in any
manufacturing process, artificial intelligence, blockchain and other emerging technologies. Potential for scalability, and job creation.
Enterprise is able to commit to 6-months of incubation. Based in any of the 10 districts of Lesotho. The team consists of at least four members. The application must include the following:
Description of the business: what the business does Problem statement: The Problem that the business is intending to solve
Registration information if registered Revenue model and current revenue Management and team expertise
What to expect from the program:
Access to coaches, mentors, business development support services to offer tailored business support to your enterprise to enhance its growth and sustainability.
Access to markets and finance from local and international partners.
Access to working space with computers and internet access.
Access to networking opportunities such as fireside chats with local and international
entrepreneurs and investors.

LESOTHO
Rieds Consulting is an entrepreneurship support organization (ESO) based in Hlotse, Leribe.
At Rieds Consulting we contribute to economic growth of Lesotho through enterprise (startup
and innovative micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) development. We therefore
invite interested entrepreneurs to be part of the six-month incubation and growth programme
under the auspices of the CAFI project. The programme is aimed at accelerating the growth of
scalable enterprises through provision of industry expert support, coaching, access to markets,
mentorship, access to funding opportunities, networks, and other valuable resources.
ELIGIBILITY
- While open for every enterprise, preference is for women and youth led enterprises to
apply
- Enterprises should come from all 10 districts
- Must be growth-oriented and or innovative enterprises especially in the extended
NSDP II priority sectors (manufacturing, agriculture, ICT, Tourism)
- Must have operated for at least 1 year as an informal or a formal enterprise
- Must demonstrate innovation and have potential for upscaling, including job
creation.
