On November 30, 2024, the BAM Group Foundation organized a highly anticipated Business Seminar. Various entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners gathered to discuss the critical elements of running a successful business. The seminar offered valuable insights into entrepreneurs’ challenges and opportunities in today’s market.
Attendees shared their reflections and experiences, highlighting the importance of core business values, such as love, loyalty, and perseverance, in achieving success. One attendee, Mrs Matlhokomelo Lehloma emphasized that business may seem daunting, but qualities like trust and commitment are essential for long-term success. “Business doesn’t have to be heavy or burdensome,” the participant explained. “It requires love, loyalty, and patience to truly thrive.”
Matlhokomelo expressed great enthusiasm about the event, stating that it was incredibly useful to her. She reflected on how the seminar gave her new perspectives on managing her business, reinforcing the idea that success is built on trust and dedication. “The seminar was extremely helpful. It gave me the tools to better understand what it takes to make my business flourish. The key takeaways on loyalty, patience, and perseverance resonated with me,” Matlhokomelo shared.

They elaborated on how maintaining control over financial flows and staying disciplined is necessary, even when things may seem overwhelming. “Business requires a level of organization and planning,” they added. “It’s not just about having a product or service—it’s about knowing how to manage your operations effectively.”
