The Aspire Leaders Program is welcoming low-income, first-generation college students and recent graduates from around the world to join a free online interactive leadership development journey that is manageable along your other commitments.
After completion, Aspire Institute empowers alumni to continue their leadership development through seed funds, workshops, and a vibrant global network of peers and mentors.
Modules
- Module 1: Personal & Professional Development:

- Strengths-based leadership skills assessment.
- Professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School for creating a LinkedIn profile, crafting your resume, tips for interviewing, and how to network.
- Live interactions among a global cohort of peers.
- Duration: 3 weeks
- Module 2: Aspire Horizons Course:
- Leadership development course designed and delivered by Harvard University faculty.
- Topics:
- Understanding Yourself as a Leader
- Importance of Understanding Context and Building Trust
- Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
- Voices of Leaders
- Addressing Community Challenges
- Being in Action in Your Communities Worldwide
- Duration: 5 weeks
- Masterclasses: Immersive Learning:
- Synchronous sessions led by world-class educators from universities around the world.
- Live learning and discussions with a global cohort of peers and mentors.
- Duration: Offered Throughout the Program
Eligibility Criteria
- 18-29 years old
- Low-income background
- First-generation college student or recent graduate but not enrolled in a graduate program
- Intermediate level English
