How understanding your identity can deepen your impact in the world.

Understanding your identity is a powerful tool that can enhance your impact on the world by fostering authenticity, empathy, resilience, and innovation. It enables you to contribute meaningfully to various aspects of society while creating connections with others based on a deeper understanding of yourself and those around you. “Success” is contextual, as is purpose. But purpose linked to a profound understanding of your identity is what makes you waken to living a life of extraordinary impact.

Writing about my journey to wholeness seems to have processed the enormity of my transformation. It is no longer insignificant. It is deeply significant. I can no longer deny its identity nor its intelligence. I am not the same person I used to be on so many levels. I have a completely different identity and a completely different mindset. The patterns in which I live my life are entirely different. I cannot believe I was the depressed young woman writing about the food she consumed and living in such a dark space. So full of angst and complexity. So guarded and fearful.

Now I live in the light. It is a conscious choice that is pulled by my growing identity of being surrounded by extraordinary people. They inspire me every day to be the best version of myself. That means self-mastery over my emotions, the journey of a Conscious Leader. Self-mastery means that I am the architect of my own happiness, not the frantic hamster wheel of approval addiction, always waiting for acknowledgement. The applause used to be a distant dream in my endlessly voracious search for self-esteem. Now my life has satiated that hunger. I am finally ENOUGH.
