The unity between countries is a very significant matter as it symbolizes the willingness to work together and pursue a common goal, to succeed in achieving prosperity and global peace.

The newly founded organization, the Bangladesh Welfare Association of Lesotho(BWAL), which was set up in February 2024, intends to strengthen cultural ties between the Bangladeshi community and Lesotho. This initiative is predetermined to create a supportive community for Bangladeshi people staying in Lesotho, where they can thrive and achieve their full potential by building a friendship with the local Basotho community. The concept is also meant to support the Bangladeshi people in Lesotho, help them integrate and succeed in their new environment. Again, to have understanding and acceptance among the Basotho community and to build a better future for themselves and their families. The purpose of this association is to promote Unity, Cooperation and the welfare of the Bangladeshi community in Lesotho and to provide a platform for social, culture and charitable activities.
