Thrive Media was founded in 2013 by Kananelo Boloetse, Sechaba Letsie and Kali Mphofe. It was called Lesotho Career Assistant back then but it was registered at Law Office as Youth Career Assistant Association.

Thrive was founded for the purpose of assisting young Basotho with career and scholarships opportunities present in the country.
