Lesotho Chess Federation will hold 2022 National Chess Championships at Good Night Lodge, next to Fokothi from Friday 14 April to Sunday 16. The time control shall be 65mins + 30 sec increment per move.
Prizes for the open section are set as following: 1st Prize: M2 250.00, a trophy and medal. 2nd Prize: M1 500 plus medal. 3rd Prize : 1 250 plus medal also. In the best junior: M200 is the prize money. In the Ladies Section 1st Prize: M1 250 plus trophy and medal. 2nd Prize: M800 plus medal and in 3rd Prize: M600 plus medal while best junior takes M200 prize money. Two top boards in each section will be streamed live
