Fire ‘blazes’ Maseru Easter Festival

Megahertz (2)

Maseru- Easter holiday was a fiesta with a lot of events that got some of the revelers confused with where to go as they were lost for choice. The events catered for all different age groups with the different tastes of music preferred by different people.

Likewise, Rock the City Entertainment too felt the need to be part of the event market with the Maseru Easter Festival that took place at Maseru Club on Friday night.

Despite the cold spell most people still enjoyed themselves with performances from musos and of course, some food and drink to go with the scene. Dancing was the middle name of every attendee as different artistes placed their cards on the table. It would be unjust to leave out the Master of Ceremony (Mavele) who amazed most of the people with his dancing techniques - the guy was on fire.

All artistes performed very well but it was Nadai Nakai, DJ Rochesta, Afro DJ and Megahertz who took the trophies home. They performed as if there is no tomorrow, and as if they will never be booked to any other event after this. Moreover, Sekonyela Khesuwe also took the club to another level with his song ‘Rwabaletsa’. And Lady Dee could not miss the opportunity to show off what she is made of.

As if that was not enough, the revelers also  learned a thing or two from the KTA Kings dance crew. They too would not accept to be left behind as they blazed with stage with fire. The energy they had while dancing was just amazing.

Speaking to Informative Arts and Lifestyle, a group of friends expressed to be enjoying themselves despite the coldness.

“We do not even feel this coldness because this musos are burning this stage”, they excitedly pointed out.

However, while some people were happy to see their role model artists, it was sad for some as Gemini Major from Malawi did not show up because of what was explained as “complications”.
